• Workshops: Cancellation for workshop bookings must be made at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund or to reschedule.
• Floral Subscriptions: You may cancel your floral subscription at any time, with cancellation taking effect before the next scheduled delivery.

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe. Goods found to be faulty or damaged upon receipt will be replaced or refunded, provided notification is given within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
